Let me start by saying I don't normally give reviews online but was compelled to after working with Jeff and the folks at Willow Blooms. We have gone elsewhere for years for any floral needs but when our mother recently passed away, we were referred to Willow Blooms with a great recommendation for their timeliness and arrangements. We trusted the recommendation...and could not have been more pleased with them. In a difficult time, Jeff took his time with us, showed us ideas, provided wonderful suggestions, and confirmed spellings and messages multiple times when we placed the order. By the time we arrived at church for the funeral, the flowers we ordered were already there, placed beautifully and full, full, full of flowers. Thank you to Jeff and his team...we would HIGHLY recommend them for any floral needs.

I’m not a picky customer and I’ve never left a one-star review before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The flowers I received looked nothing like the sample, even the colors were completely different. On top of that, when I reached out to ask about my order—since I didn’t receive any updates or confirmation—the response I got was quite rude. I’m really unhappy with the service and would not recommend it.

The employees at Willow Blooms are very kind and pleasant; easy to work with! Over the past few years, I’ve ordered a special floral arrangement to give our ice show scenery artist as a thank you gift. This year the theme was Skating in Color, and they made a gorgeous “mixed rainbow” floral arrangement! Thank you very much!!!

I recently had the pleasure of using this floral shop for our baby name reveal, and I couldn't be more impressed. They did a fantastic job setting up the event, with the flowers looking beautiful and vibrant despite the heat. I’ve used them multiple times, and each experience has been exceptional. The flowers consistently exceed my expectations, lasting for two weeks or more and even developing a lovely character over time. Finding a reliable and consistent florist has been a challenge, but this shop has proven to be a true gem. I’m also excited to start some classes with them soon, which I’m sure will be just as wonderful as their floral arrangements!
